If you're a railfan in the Southeast, you'll inevitably hear of the CSX Folkston Funnel. Infamous for its Railwatch, heavy CSX and Amtrak activity, and its railcams, Folkston is a top bucket list location for many train enthusiasts. And it's about time that I head down there. Accompanied by @iceclimberGD and @atlantaterminalproductions5167, I finally made the journey deep into south Georgia to visit the renowned Folkston Funnel, visiting many other spots along the way, finding lots of surprises, and ultimately getting much more than I had bargained for. I hope y'all are ready. ;)

Great storytelling and great videogrpahy! The slow pan shots are amazing. I just so happened to cover the E unit while it was still part of the TVRM in an early episode of my locomotive documentary series, Remarkable Engines. The video covered the history of five E units that were leased by the Metro North commuter railroad.

BRO I WAS THERE BRUH! Dude funny story. Before you arrised and went there also 3 days ago. 911 came in the yard from the Brunswick subdivision and it was traling 2nd into the yard. Literally 6 hours later from 9:45 AM, led onto the Fitzgerald sub to new orleans. Also me and my mom are ordering a walkie talkie however we don't know which one to get. Can you help us out?

Hey there. CSX classifies different types of trains with their IDs (like an M442 for manifest or an I026 for intermodal). On CSX, B stands for bulk commodity, or a unit train like grain or ethanol. So when I say a “B” train I’m just referring to a unit train on CSX. Hope that helps.
