- Limoncello Cocktails | Lemon Meringue Pie Cocktail Recipe. This is an easy Limoncello Cocktail recipe that you can make at home or a Pub or bar. Limoncello is a Lemon Liqueur from Italy. Slightly sweet but luscious in taste. Limoncello cocktails for summer are amazing but can be enjoyed all year round. Especially this cocktail with an almond twist.
This Limoncello martini is made with Luxardo, but can be made with any limoncello liqueur. Even a Homemade Limoncello if you make it yourself. It's easy to make. Just steep fresh Lemon Zest in Alcohol, traditionally Vodka, but I've also made some with Rum. then add some Sugar. Leve it for a few days...sometimes a week and it's ready to go. It makes some VERY tasty Cocktails.

Funny you mention that. Cos I was thinking Bitters in the froths. Could be ACE for Tiki Drinks. I’ve got Pineapple & Star Anise. Mix that up with maybe Orgeat or Falernum froth. BOOOOM.
