Hey guys, I just wanted to make a quick suggestion. Rather than pulling the cowel to access the turbo couplet, I found it was way easier to undo the clips on the radiator overflow jug and just set that off to the side. It really opens up your acess to the turbo.
Looks like the most complicated CAI install out there, but also looks like the highest quality setup. I love that it draws cold air through the factory intake duct up front.

On the pcv hose do you use other plastic on other side not the engine side you removed but I am confused does the hose just go in intake please respond I plan on doing this and it looks fairly easy except I didn't see what you put in the intake did you other plastic from original.
My “short air duct from the factory box” will not stay in place. It slides into the air box even when I readjust it. This leaves a huge gap. Any thoughts?
does the stock air filter still fit with this metal airbox or do you have to use cpe's? is there another filter that would fit this airbox and is red in color?
Paul Cruz You will have to have it sent to a friend or family member out of state and when they get it they mail it to you. Remember to use “never seize” on assembly in case you need to put it back on like for a smog check or when you sell it
I see that in the description that this is for a 2013-2014. I have a 2015 (65) plate st-3. I know that under the hood they are morealess the same if not the same so would this fit one a 2015 model. Also would this void the warranty as I still have a year left on it but would like to get this kit. Much appreciated if you could get back to me on this one
This is easy. So don’t put the wipers on and turn on the car. The motor will go back to where it used to be. Then just add the wipers and it should not cause a problem.
Motorhead883_ warranties are only voided if a mod causes a problem. If this intake were to cause a problem you had to take it to a dealer to fix, they’ll charge you because the warranty was voided by it. But, if say I install a new exhaust, then a week later my syncros go out, the syncros are covered under warranty

Ehh too much work. Stock one is just fine attracts less heat since is plastic material. Just open up the original box and get a k&N filter.

I noticed that the map sensors are different on the 2014 from the 2017 is there something like an adapter I can use to make it work?

This is easy. So don’t put the wipers on and turn on the car. The motor will go back to where it used to be. Then just add the wipers and it should not cause a problem.
