Properties in Switzerland are absurdly expensive. You can find affordable alternatives in the Italian Alps which is what I'm currently looking at. From what I've seen so far, you can buy a massive renovated villa in Italy for the price of a tiny apartment in Switzerland.

2nd place is a few kms from where i live. Basically there was a landslide near that area and was not lossible for a time to get insurance. I think and indian bought it but because of insurance issue was not able to get the restaurabt going again and has been vacant for at least 10 years
