  • I'm back with another video! A shout out to the StitchArtist Digitizing Fans Facebook group as this video is a result of a post I saw this morning on that page. I'm using Embrilliance StitchArtist 2 in this video where I convert the Daisy Days SVG file into an applique file that includes a position stitch, a tack down stitch, and a satin stitch, all with less manual work at your embroidery machine. This is how I would approach digitizing this file, I'd love to hear your suggestions down in the comment section below! I am an Amazon Affiliate :) Any Amazon links found in the video or in the description box may produce a small commission for me from Amazon. Thank you for your support!

Hi Evelyn!!! I'm so glad this video was helpful for you :) I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to working with Embrilliance, and I'm learning as I go hahaha. I would be glad to pass on tips that I've learned along the way though in hopes that it might help someone else :)

@@TheQuiltmakerHomestead YES!! Please pass any tip, tricks, know how! I only at this time have Essentials and StitchArtist L1. I so much want to learn to use my soft ware. I want to learn to digitize. I may need to purchase Stitch Artist L2. But would really like to learn the software I have right now before going further.

Nice job teaching this. You’ve helped me a lot. One thing I learned yesterday on a video was that you can enlarge or reduce the size of a shape and keep it in position if you use the shift key while moving your points out and in.

Thank goodness this tutorial "appeared out of nowhere." It is absolutely fantastic and the sad part is, you may never see my comment. I am looking forward to trying this out. ❤❤❤

I love this tutorial. Could you do one on how to turn a filled design into a patch that can be ironed on?

Hi Julia, being totally honest, I haven't yet made a filled patch that can be ironed on....and I certainly wouldn't want to lead you in the wrong direction :)

Thank you Lisa that was very helpful. I have looked into the Brother appliqué software but didn’t buy it because it was $400 & I didn’t know how much I would use it. If you have any knowledge of the Brother appliqué software I would love your opinion.

Hi Cleo! I have absolutely no knowledge when it comes to the Brother Applique Software, and I wish I could help you more with it! Software can get really pricey, so I understand your hesitation before purchasing. My suggestion would be to look up as many tutorials online and really look into it before picking one. I watched so many Embrilliance videos before deciding this was the software for me......and then learning to use it I watched a ton more and still there is so much to learn hahaha.
