- How sentimental would it be to add a personalized stitched name to a handmade item done in your handwriting or in the handwriting of a loved one. From quilt labels signed in stitches, to Uncle Bob's chilli recipe on a towel with his signature to autographed memory pillows to a subtle "Love Grandma" stitched into a jacket lining or on the shirttail of an embroidered outfit - think of all the cherishd memories you can make. Creating a stitchable version of someone's name in their own handwriting is a perfect way to add that one of a kind personal touch. Using the drawing tools of Embrilliance StitchArtist, it is very easy to transform a handwriting sample into a stitchable embroidery design. This video shows the features and functions of StitchArtist level 1.

Thanks. I had to watch this again and of course I picked up on what I missed the first few times. Works out so much better for me now. :-)
Another great video, Lisa. Thank you!
Thanks Lisa for the great tutorial, Jess
Thank u so very much! I followed your tutorial then actually did this with my own signature! This is the very reason I wanted to learn stitchartist! Can’t wait to do my fathers note/signature from the last bday card he gave me before he passed! You ROCK!
OMG this is PERFECT! I literally just completed by first project. I could do this ALL day (dang day job won't let me though) This is so much fun. THANK YOU for the GREAT tutorial
Love this. Still researching to determine if I want to spend the money to buy Stitch Artist, but this is making it look so easy! I think I need to do this. Thanks Lisa!
Thank you! I learned so much!
AWESOME! Thank you so much!
Very nice Babci! 🙂
You make this look so easy. But when I try I struggle with every click from start to finish. 😭. One day I MAY be better with hours of practice and patience. Thanks for the video, always inspiring.
Lisa, as always, a great reminder/ah ha moment. I'd created a signature from a card sent by my grandson when he was little and while it's ok, it's choppy block letters because he was little and just learning to write (print). But after watching your video again, I went back to look at the start/stop ties, and oops. None were checked and as they weren't flowing like a script signature would be, all but the last 2 letters were too far apart to connect smoothly. So thanks again, you've saved the day (and some snarky remarks from a family member who would have commented on the project had the stitches come out)!
Awesome
Can you do this with embrilliance essentials? I am new to embroidery. Thank you so much😊
This is great! Of I purchase embrilliance 3, would I get 1 and 2 with that purchase. Or do u have to buy each separate?
Lisa, can you do this with block fonts also....a special type??
Help! When I start clicking the points and get to the end, a Right-Click doesn't give me a box around the letter like yours does. What am i doing wrong?
I am trying to figure out what you did differently when you finished the "v" and started the "e" in Love. It looks to me like you did all of the same steps for "L" "o" "v" and "e", but at the
Hey, I designed my own writing system, and I wanted to digitize it, is there a way to do so? Just creating a new alphabet using a stichart, is that possible?
Is StichArtist 1 enough for digitazing a logo i want for example ?
On a MAC what is the alternative to a right click after drawing points?
