How do you get those path tools on your tool bar to merge separate parts?

@ yes, I have level 2. But I don’t have the tool that will merge two separate pieces into one

I have the level 2, I don’t see the available to branch it together. Is there someone I need to open to be able to do that? I noticed another person also asked the same question.

You can do all this in level 1.

Level 2, actually… The Bezier tool isn’t available in Lvl 1 (I just had to get a refund for it and then purchase Lvl 2).
