Vortex mixer or Magnetic stirrer which is best?

Vortex mixer or Magnetic stirrer which is best? What is the best method of mixing a solid into a solution? I have tried mixing the same solution using different methods, firstly by hand, then using a magnetic stirrer and finally a vortex mixer. Which is best ? I find out in this video.
None of the items are top of the range, but here I am mixing using a very cheap magnetic stirrer and a similarly priced vortex mixer. The best method of mixing seems to be the vortex mixer, but surprisingly the mixing by hand is the next best. Of course mixing depending on lots of things. In this demonstration I tried to keep as much the same as possible. Using the same amounts of crystals per volume - I used more crystals in the magnetic stirrer because I needed to use more water to get the same concentration.
