So you don't gotta take off both heads if the issue is cylinder 5 only, my missfire is cylinder 5 & I already did new plugs, coil packs & a new fuel injector so I'm going to inspect it with the boroscope, if the valve are messed up I should have to remove the other head right?
The 2008 MDX playlist on the channel shows my progression and diagnosis. I chose to do a compression test followed by a leak-down test before progressing to a borescope. I removed both heads because I plan on replacing the piston rings and all valve seals.
@carapprentice gotcha thanks, I found some scaring in cylinder #5 when I checked today with the borescope, It's minor & the missfire is so faint but it's throwing a cel, any advice?

@@grizzy909 Could you see the valves with the borescope you're using? I would watch the compression and leak-down videos I mentioned.
