    Truly balancing and energizing practice. Wish each pose hold was a second longer to allow to fully engage the parasympathetic nervous system. Otherwise, very good session. Looking forward to your next yoga sessions. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Bharti please make three vedio of one hour each. One is for standing yoga. One for seating and one for lying down exercise. Please please

    I work out daily with Bharti...... My daily dose of yoga is - Bharti UA-cam video
    1. Sukshm vyayam
    2. 10 min stretches/40 mins daily work out
    3. 15 mins pranayam
    Then I do meditation.

    Hello Bharti. Love your 40min guided yoga. When doing halasana, I find my neck is feeling “squashed” … what can I do to correct that?

      Hi Neela, you might be putting too much pressure on your neck to compensate for tight hamstrings to reach back. Try doing the following sequence only to work on halasana and see if it feels better ?

    I have been following your yoga practice, and I am happy to share that my period pain has reduced a lot. How long to practice each asana Mam? I am currently practising 30 seconds for each asana. Is that enough, or should I increase the time Mam? Your way of explanation is very nice and easy follow. Thanks a lot for sharing great videos every time, it's useful for people like me Mam❤
