Most chakra practices focus on the 7 primary chakras of the body:
🔴 Root - 257Hz
🟠 Sacral - 288Hz
🟡 Solar - 324Hz
🟢 Heart - 343Hz
🔵 Throat - 385Hz
🟣 Third Eye - 432Hz
🩷 Crown - 485Hz
These are symbolized by each of the 7 crystal singing bowls.
But there are 6 chakras that extend beyond the body:
1️⃣ Earth Star Chakra - 70Hz Symphonic Gong, Earth Star symbolizes oneness with both humanity and the Earth.

Listening to this went into a deep thought of realising everything is energy. To be carful what energy i consume. Even just scrolling on fb or yt can bring in bad energy on certain vids. I've always heard about it but wow had this deep connection that I just was reflection on all the energy I've been consuming and how it brings certain people into your life because of that energy,
After a few minutes of listening i entered a very profound meditation state which helped clear my mind and fill body with healthy energising vibrations. Thanks a lot for this experience!
