Noel is such a humble person that you can’t help but to love him.
I really enjoyed this. You are one of the only fitness influencers that doesn’t make me feel bad about my current physique and level per se in the gym. I can watch your videos and feel good and motivated by positivity afterwards it’s really amazing. I also have adhd so the slower pace and calm energy is helpful for me because when I watch other people it riles me up too much with the fast editing and loud personalities and I can’t relax.

Noel, I've lost 90 or so pounds since March and your videos helped me get started and work past my intimidation of training again. Thank you noel for inspiring me 2 days ago after i have done my chest i got hit by a car that sent me flying for 40 meters according to google maps i had so much luck that i only popped 2 ribs. You are father that i didn't have thank you! (the only thing that "broke" wasn't my phone or headphones it was thee pre workout that spilled [*] rip to the pre workout sadly i can't afford another one but atleast hey im alive i just look like i got hit by someone lol)

@@Visekk its an irritation of the 'occipital nerve' ( a nerve that starts at the base of your skull and stretches to the top of your forehead typically ) which causes extreme headaches and discomfort. it's a pretty rare condition i think. For me, it's gotten a lot better but lifting agitates it, thats why im taking a break. thanks for your well wishes man, i'll be fine bro
