A Fix For R5 5600 And R5 5600X especially if you use only the stock cooler using a bios tweak which desables the overclock on all cores called core performance boost which come enabled by default on a lot of AMD motheroards. this resulted in 30+ less degrees and cooler pc overall.
This is for you if you don't wanna touch any advanced settings like undervolting and stuff or touching the hardware itself.

Hey man, just use PBO, set curve optimizer to negative 30, and it should work. By doing this, temperature drop won't be as significant as dropping frequency of the chip, but you will not lose any performance.

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 with the 5600h and it was getting to 95° in games.
Changed in the registry the value from 1 to 2 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7
This enables CPU boost in the power plan. So I disabled Turbo Boost and now it stays in the 80° C
