Turn off Mafia definitive edition (2020 remake) Film grain by removing files that are responsible for this film grain image noise effect which makes the game look extra blurry and grainy.
You can do this by going to the path of the game then edit\maps\engine\.
Delete or backup bluenoise folder and color_grain.dds file.

When i turn mouse the game is lagging how to fix this
there are a few things you can try, turn off vsync, put game in borderless mode and put low latency mode option on ultra in nvidia control panel if you have an nvidia gpu.

The files are never a compressed zip and I can't open it like you do. If I ever play again I'll have to suffer because I don't even know how to properly fix my issues.
