  • Work your entire body with this 30 minute Ballet Inspired Resistance band pilates workout. Moving from standing pilates to mat pilates this powerful and challenging workout will really fire up your muscles helping you to feel energised and ready for yoru day. You'll work your abs, core,shoulders, arms legs, hips and glutes in this session, as with all pilates you will get a full body workout which leaves no muscle under or over worked.     I recently broke my right humerus and I’m trying to rehab and strengthen my arms post injury. This was a great workout for that! Thanks!

    First time did all the way through. Even trying moving both legs on the floor hip exercise hurt my hips, so I just repeated the one. Also modified a few others but can appreciate what a good workout this is! Thank you.🙂

    Great session, i have flu and i am at sick leave from work but i enjoy moving and flowing with your classes in the home, they improve my mood and make my body feel better. We had a cute guest passing through the balcony at 28.41 of the video 😊 thanks for the class Rachel !

    Thanks, Rachel,this is for the full body standing workout with weights as I think it is excellent but there was no ‘thanks’ underneath it. I so enjoyed it.

      That's Bob ( we call him) a country Rat 🐀 I live in the countryside beside a very large national park and my studio is on the edge of the park at the back of the garden. So we get many visitors, foxes 🦊 Badgers 🦡 sparrowhawks 🦅 and the odd rat....apparently they are drawn to vegetable plots which I have just outside the studio. I may have to stop growing them if Bob brings any friends over! 🤗

      @@TheGirlWithThePilatesMat Bob's relatives have emigrated and live in our Toronto back garden. I hear that the local restaurants and bird feeders have been quite a draw 😄. Unfortunately for Bob's cousins, the local coyotes are pretty busy, along with more racoons than you can imagine. Glad we aren't the only city with wildlife! And thanks again for all you do. I wouldn't have got through lockdown without you!!

      He he!! 🐀 Yes I think Bob is attracted by our bird feeder but with the bird population dwindling I want to keep feeding them as we have a flock that come to the garden daily. Ah yes the coyotes...we have foxes that like to catch Bob ands friends! Hoping they keep doing their job but Bob is clearly a clever one, he seems to escape them! Lots of wildlife in Brighton too! Lovely to hear I got you through lockdown and that you're still with me, let's keep moving and grooving 💃🏻 Have a great day, Rachel 🤗
