If Hokuto no Ken was done by Cannon Films back in the early 1990s by Albert Pyun and Menachem Gorbus, this film would be it. Definitely nailed the 1980s/early to mid 1990s B-movie martial arts action vibe.

I'm sorry I'm replying to this a year later. The sound effects were from the Batman Arkham game series. Each punch from those games feels real thanks to those sound effects. I felt like they needed to be used in this.
