I have cut timber now for 50 years. The two best pieces of timber I ever cut. Back in the late 1980's. One tract in Limestone, NY on Quaker State Oil property. Averaged 1,900' to the tree. 3 million board feet. The other was on Pennzoil property in Bradford, PA. 2,400' to the tree average. 5 7 million board feet. I had 5, 2 man crews. To be young again..... I enjoy your Channel.

Pete, before hurricane Helaen, I could have shown you much timber like that in our place. Now it's mostly laying over or on the ground Heart breaking😢 for sure

That’s a big girl nice job thanks for the awesome video stay safe
About 6 minutes to cut the tree. That is pretty good for that size of tree, even with the rot.
Great video buddy 👍
Just because it’s bad on the inside doesn’t take away the size or the ability to cut it down the right way! Definitely been cutting some dandy stuff.
Be safe brother
the curse of you tube, trees revenge, great to see you back at it, and in nice trees as well. spring is on its way

Even big trees in the twon squares have this in them. Once they grow pass the harvest time its what if found. Get what you can and keep on trucken.
Lookin good ol buddy!
Hell yeah bro best timber cutter in the east
Looks like plenty of nice trees
Have you messed with that Chinese saw much? Curious to see how it’s held up.
It did ok but very heavy
Nice job getting that big beast on the ground, too bad the center is junk. Good luck.
That is a really nice tree should be worth some money
That is nice stuff. Be careful buddy. I got hit by a limb yesterday, got a nice scrape on the head and shoulder and black eye and small concussion.
Hope you're ok, take it easy.
@nuts319 I am buddy, thank you
That’s some serious wack’n and stacking. Nice pay day hopefully. Stay safe.
beauty stuff nuts except that one hahaha . I'm like you, do you but it or take a 8 off to get those jacket boards? decisions decisions haha
Nice drop Pete 👌
Wow smokahs !
If you cut some off the bottom it would be some good firewood so it wont go to waste in my opinion 👍🇺🇸
Nice size to bad it's shook some, your right though still a lot of lumber in it
Nice job Pete. That's a big ole red oak. Them saws get a heck of a work out cutting them kind of trees down. Stay safe out there brother.
Hello from your Piqua Ohio fan club
Hello Pete. Your chainsaw sounded "chattery"?
Little to aggressive of a sharpening
Nice shot
The man still top grade timber hand say sir
Never fails huh Pete. Turn on the camera and things go wrong.
I was thinking 2' when you said 1 1/2' .
It’s not every day you get to cut trees that big take care Nuts
Hey buddy
They are big but lower quality being that old you cut 3 4ft off every butt
