    You have made the wash and go, so simple outer utubers use jell with a bush or thair fingers, taking small sections twirling the sections around their fingers. Your methods are so simple. I am so glad I found you. I never knew my 4c hair had natural curls. Now I don't have to walk around with freezy dry hair looking like a toublweed. My hair used to be the definition of a tore up hair, not anymore. My hair has been reborn. I wear my wash and go proudly thank you, DICKEY. i appreciate you 🙏 💯 🎉😊❤ please keep the good work. Your wash and go method never gets old. I'll say it again and again. You are the GOAT of hair, and that's a fact !!

    I’m number 2 my mother has straight wavy curls and my dad is 4c so my hair is wavy curly 3c/4Aand the longer my hair the bigger the curls, the more weight the looser and wavier the curls loose out. Great video this is culturally correct to how black people of all our beautiful textures care and style our hair.🙌🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

      Same here. Mine is a pared down version of his wash and go styling. My scalp cant handle the after products unfortunately. Basically its Step 1: wet thoroughly
      Step 2: wash/detangle
      Step 3: rinse
      Step 4: condition/detangle for at least 5 minutes
      Step 5: rinse detangle
      Step 6: shake head to separate curls
      Step 7: allow hair to drip dry.

    The proof is in the results. And I definitely see it here. I’ve been gathering information about this man and the method, the philosophy and science behind it, and listening to the many testimonials of women here on UA-cam that swear by it. This makes so much sense! Just like when my hair was relaxed, I’m at a point on this natural hair journey where my growth has slowed down, and I think it’s due to dryness. EVERYTHING I’ve been doing has been wrong. I’m starting this method TODAY.🔥

    It's interesting to see different approaches. Black girl curls hate the use of raw oils, but here Anthony is using it for sealing it's interesting. There's not just one way to do things. Although I don't remember him uses oil before and I don't believe the olive Sheen made his hair any shiner.

    • @katrinaroc5491
      @katrinaroc5491 3 роки тому +1

      @@25lighters91 Example: Using olive oil for cooking (raw) vs formulated olive oil sold by brands designed for hair. For years influencers have tried to tell us to save money by buying the oil on its own (raw) because it’s the same thing and I think that’s what bgc is trying to steer us away from because they don’t work the same and it’s subjective. Some hair can tolerate raw oils and some can’t. As long as you wash your hair properly, using oil shouldn’t be an issue depending on your style.

    Hi Dicky! Thank you so much for these videos. QUESTION: HOW DO I TREAT MY SCALP WITH THIS CLEANSING METHOD?
    BTW, your video with ___ (4c UA-camr. I forgot her name) where you video chatted and told her how to properly wet and apply products CHANGED MY LIFE! IN 2 DAYS I CAN SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MY HAIR! MY HAIR IS SO HYDRATED, MOISTURIZED, SOFT, AND MY CURLS ARE SO DEFINED!!! I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS POSSIBLE! I thought my hair was perpetually dry and difficult to deal with. I had no idea it was my just my ignorance. I don’t even think I’m a true 4C anymore. My hair looks like Sylvio’s. It’s so shiny! You made me feel so much better about myself and having to shave my head for medical reasons (which why I’m going natural again). Thank you again❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ok I love that idea because my hair is SUPER THIRSTY no matter what I use it absorbs it like crazy. But I've been seeing some people say that if we wet our hair everyday it can be damaging because the strands are constantly opened and close. Please help is it okay to wet it every day???? Not sure how this video got here but it's going to save my life! I have 2 daughters - 1 teen one preteen - with tender scalps and tons of hair. TONS!!! Thick, thick, I didn't sign up for all of this, hair. I can cut it short and it can grow shoulder length in a year and down their back in no time. Embarrassingly, I have not only mislabeled their hair textures after watching this video, I've also mislabeled my own; from what I thought was 4 to 3 - if I'd known to avoid harsh shampoos or 'gasoline' 🤦🏽‍♀️ Two of us have locs to cut down on time and ease of styling. The youngest takes HOURS if not days to shampoo, detangle, and style. Even more so embarrassing is that I'm a stylist by trade. I haven't worked professionally in 10 years because I became a teacher. When I did, I didn't do a lot of natural hair care. Women were getting their hair either pressed, relaxed, or set but no one was walking out of a salon with a wash and go. Long story short, we're going to have less tears, more curls, and more time to have some fun on the weekends. This video was a God send and the after results of your models are outstanding. Thank you! 🎉👏🏽

    Speak it so speak it you're right you need a lot of conditioner just like when you you know pre-wash you don't have to use shampoo all the time you could just use conditioner every week cuz the thing is that you only you only could use if you want you could use shampoo once a month and conditioning every week every week conditioning adding water even if you don't want to add water you could add juice you could add anything and then you going to see the definition the texture of your hair speak it so speak it
