  • Join flower farmer and florist Georgie Newbery of Common Farm Flowers between Bruton and Wincanton in sunny Somerset south west England as she takes you on a tour of her large vase and urn collection. With lots of top tips for how and why you might use these vases if you are considering a scheme for your own event or an event you for which you will be the florist.

    lovely
    I truly enjoy the footed compost and soup bowls vases anything that's elevated that gives it more height and a sense of airiness
    To me it is classic beauty
    I'm not much for the modern day or it's practices or even it's style
    But that's just me I think I really appreciate the importance of flowers in the way that people back in the 17th and 18th hundreds enjoy them
    It seems we've lost appreciation and adoration for things a beauty and take them for granted in this day and age

    I’m so glad you mentioned the milk churns, I saw you use them in an old video and as my reception is on a dairy farm, I thought it appropriate!
    So I bought two - one of which has had stinky chemicals in, so the bucket was a great tip!! Thank you.

      You did an awesome job explaining how you use your vases, as always you make us laymen understand why you choose what you do, I've run into issues with so many tops of vases and now I know why, thank you for such great little tips, that end up big in the end results
