Hi .looks so natural and flowing .i could walk around it for hours ..plus im getting a good education on plants .red dragon and spindel ..inspired me to go on a plant hunt .thank u for shareing sue xxx
Oh my goodness it’s gorgeous Georgie such a beautiful display … I’m sick for that spindle bush I grow a couple but not one that fruits like yours a real delight … a photographers dream having your beautiful flowers to photo 🌺🌸🌷🌺 just loving your UA-cam
I’m curious. You don’t seem to need to trim down your stems at all while arranging? Do you have a method of determining the best length when harvesting? Or? Perhaps you could discuss on one of your upcoming videos?
I should add that you have inspired me to grow my first cut flower garden this summer and the garden is just now offering loads of blooms 🌼 so i have loads of bouquets to cut in my future :) thank you for sharing all that you do so generously
I am so happy I found your channel today. You are very talented in growing such beautiful flowers and talented even more to take these beautiful flowers and make jaw dropping arrangements. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Wonderful Sunday afternoon pass time. I do love it when leaves, petals, berries or pollen falls onto a polished surface beneath a beautiful arrangement. Definitely fallen for Spindleberry - how gorgeous!
Fabulous. Just a thought, you could put a low light in the corner. Berries electrical, like your arrangement can be put in a glass vase which “ could “ just give you enough softener in back ground. Love your work Eve.
Quelle merveille tous ces dalhias, sublîmés par les feuillages, les amaranthes et les petites baies... Merci pour ce joli moment, A Bientôt, Cécile de Bordeaux (France)
Another beautiful arrangement! I never get tired our watching flowers being made into something exceptional. Do you offer a course on greenery? I would love to know more about the trees, shrubs and vines that you incorporate into your arrangements. Thanks again for bringing joy to my heart.
Just stunning Georgie! The colours are to die for - totally autumnal. It will look fabulous in the photos - particularly with the crab apples and other things scattered about below. It reminds me very much of those old paintings you see. Well done - you sure have 'the eye' when it comes to what to put where.
I adjusted the brightness seconds before you turned the light on because I couldn’t see a thing. Lol Thanks for turning the light on. It’s a beautiful bouquet. I’m thinking I need a crabapple tree now. My dahlias struggled this year with our very hot summer and the lack of rain. Hopefully next year will be better. I love that persicaria. Some pest makes Swiss cheese out of my amaranth leaves. That love lies bleeding amaranth is quite beautiful in your arrangement. I’ve never seen spindle before. Going to have to research sourcing that. It’s a fabulous arrangement is going to be fantastic in the photos at your clients home. Thanks
No, good light! Now we can see the full glory of the flowers! I am always so sad to cut the dahlia’s with all those buds because I know they won’t open in the vase.
So stunning Georgie!!! The lights don't look bad, I know how different it can be in person though! Maybe you would like a light bulb switch to a softer work space type of bulb. 💛
I just found you! Loving your videos, bouquets, methods and your lovely home. Just in case you didn't know, you can change the K value (temperature) of your light bulbs to be warmer and less harsh, then you won't be blinded. Yours seem very "blue" and a lower K value would be much cozier. :)
Really would have appreciated seeing the whole video. You talked so much about “the dark”, I wish you had the light on for all of it. Won’t be watching again unless I can see it.
It’s that time of year where I fight the dark - it takes me by surprise and is always darker than I remember - I fear there will be a lot of grizzly green electric ‘daylight’ here between now and the spring equinox x
I am so jealous of your garden😂 most gorgeous foliage and dahlias 😮

Had to watch this again; love your chatter and explanations along the way. Thanks Georgie 😊

Sometimes - I generally know what I'm cutting for when I cut but yes, if they've been conditioning for more than a few hours I'll re-cut stems. x

The dahlias this year have been astonishing even though I cut so many buds x

Absolutely beautiful.❤
Thank you! 😊 x
This is wondrous! Makes a huge statement. I do have a question. Is it unnecessary to recut stems begore putting them in the vase?
well it depends on when they were cut and how fresh they are really - usually I would say yes x
It is beautiful beyond words! I too dislike electric light.
Thankyou x
Thank you for saying the date
For once I remembered!

Love your videos. I have a questions, do you have a cooler to keep your flowers?
No cooler - but we are rarely very hot here x
What do you charge for a masterpiece like this??
depends depends depends x
Do you have a favourite pom pom dahlia Georgie?
Peach Pom Pom top fave here x
Sad to say I get totally stressed out putting flowers in a vase. Absolutely hopeless! 😥
Aw don’t do it if it’s stressy! X
Nothing glows in this clip. Turn the lights on.
lol - I know what you mean - now I'm in my new studio and it's all change again x
Need more lighting.
true! I'm afraid we are very low-fi x
Really would have appreciated seeing the whole video. You talked so much about “the dark”, I wish you had the light on for all of it. Won’t be watching again unless I can see it.
I gave in eventually and turned the light on x
