Purchase organic eggs & courgettes
Rinse & Steam the courgettes for 3/4min
Boil eggs in salted water for 9min
Separate egg whites from egg yolks
Grate them separately
Split the courgettes in half
Place them on a serving dish
Add egg whites & egg yolks
Extra virgin olive oil
Sweet paprika if you feel like it
Cracked pepper
