The chocolate spread
40gr Valrhona Caraibes 66%
30gr Valrhona Jivara 40%
160gr Praliné
20ml rapeseed oil
On a Bain Marie melt both chocolates
Pour into a mixer container
Add the praline & oil
Mix on high speed for 2/3 min until smooth
Keep in a glass jar
Take a crepe or a slice of toast, spread as much chocolate on it, fold and eat it;)))
Voilà!
