How many times did Barcia take out Anderson a couple years ago, robbing Anderson from a second Championship, Tomac ended up winning the Championship, fair enough. Has anyone here actually raced. Jett went in and make a early apex dive to the inside. I don't care much for Barcia but those guys aren't coasting into the turns. If you brake or dive to the inside at the wrong time..........objects will collide
I have raced motorcross for years, Barcia was coming in fast ,braking hard so he could get passed the rider on the inside...his eyes were on the inside rider and the ground, suddenly Lawrence cuts the corner sharper you can see his front tire cutting the rut, Barcia sees him at the last minute, still Barcia could've laid down his bike and not run right into and t bone Lawrence. T boning someone on a dirt bike is the most dangerous and Barcia is careless and reckless on a dirt bike when he gets around other riders ..he can't think about changing his line too pass someone all he thinks about is taking someone out in a corner or berm...this is Barcias style ..when I was racing we would recognize these type of riders and technically ride and change our line to avoid them..

Stop the video a second or two before the incident and you can see Barcia's back wheel is completely off the ground from heavy braking before the impact. He didn't expect Lawrence to cut down that hard, and had even adjusted his line to the left before committing to the turn, and that was before Lawrence came out of his own line. It's racing. Barcia was pushing hard, and Lawrence made an unanticipated racing move.
Alot of tv critics. Barcia was in is inside line. Jett cut it tight and got hit. You cannot run that diamond cut in the back with traffic. Barca was expecting him to rum high around. Simple racing mistake by both. Jett for cutting to tight and Barcia seeing that to late. Both to blame. Most on jett. He is young and learned, when in the back watch incoming riders. Even if the other rider is not looking. You look. All the leaders diamond the corner, but in the pack they run it high. But you all tv dirt bike guys know better of course. I would never not watch other when in the back. In the lead it's an easy diamond of the corner. But in traffic you get hit. One could say Jett took Barcias line. So everyone has the right to there own opinion. Now ask Barcis before you judge.
Take the emotion out of this and look at what happened. I think Barcia was coming in really hot and i think he was intending to do a block pass on Jett. Two things happened at the same time almost that changed what he was trying to do. First, Barcia was expecting Jett to take the normal line in the corner and was lining up to do a block on Jett coming out of the normal line BUT Jett changed his line in a blink, and cut super tight in the corner which caused Barcia to hit his rear brake so hard that his rear bounced up in the air giving Barcia little comtrol over his bike and he hit Jett. As dumb and careless as Barcia can be i dont see this as intentional altough i do think you can give him the majority of the blame for this incident happening, but if you look at it for what it is alone, i dont think you can penalize Barcia for this. Jett owes him a solid aggreasive move though.
You’re cooked, he wasn’t staying on the track, there was no line, he intentionally caused a head on. He deserves to sit the rest of the season out and pay a big fine. This is not his first offence.

There's different ways to take that corner. If you really pull it apart, you'll see Jett stop and barcia goes straight thinking jett will be gone. Jett shoulda followed the guy in front of him in a turn like that. Huge space for all that. Either go wide or turn tight. I'm sure Jett will see it differently than all these peeps

Has anyone here actually raced. Jett went in and make a early apex dive to the inside. I don't care much for Barcia but those guys aren't coasting into the turns. If you brake or dive to the inside at the wrong time..........objects will collide
I have raced motorcross for years, Barcia was coming in fast ,braking hard so he could get passed the rider on the inside...his eyes were on the inside rider and the ground, suddenly Lawrence cuts the corner sharper you can see his front tire cutting the rut, Barcia sees him at the last minute, still Barcia could've laid down his bike and not run right into and t bone Lawrence.
T boning someone on a dirt bike is the most dangerous and Barcia is careless and reckless on a dirt bike when he gets around other riders ..he can't think about changing his line too pass someone all he thinks about is taking someone out in a corner or berm...this is Barcias style ..when I was racing we would recognize these type of riders and technically ride and change our line to avoid them..

Stop the video a second or two before the incident and you can see Barcia's back wheel is completely off the ground from heavy braking before the impact. He didn't expect Lawrence to cut down that hard, and had even adjusted his line to the left before committing to the turn, and that was before Lawrence came out of his own line. It's racing. Barcia was pushing hard, and Lawrence made an unanticipated racing move.

Alot of tv critics. Barcia was in is inside line. Jett cut it tight and got hit. You cannot run that diamond cut in the back with traffic. Barca was expecting him to rum high around. Simple racing mistake by both. Jett for cutting to tight and Barcia seeing that to late. Both to blame. Most on jett. He is young and learned, when in the back watch incoming riders. Even if the other rider is not looking. You look. All the leaders diamond the corner, but in the pack they run it high. But you all tv dirt bike guys know better of course. I would never not watch other when in the back. In the lead it's an easy diamond of the corner. But in traffic you get hit. One could say Jett took Barcias line. So everyone has the right to there own opinion. Now ask Barcis before you judge.
Take the emotion out of this and look at what happened. I think Barcia was coming in really hot and i think he was intending to do a block pass on Jett. Two things happened at the same time almost that changed what he was trying to do. First, Barcia was expecting Jett to take the normal line in the corner and was lining up to do a block on Jett coming out of the normal line BUT Jett changed his line in a blink, and cut super tight in the corner which caused Barcia to hit his rear brake so hard that his rear bounced up in the air giving Barcia little comtrol over his bike and he hit Jett. As dumb and careless as Barcia can be i dont see this as intentional altough i do think you can give him the majority of the blame for this incident happening, but if you look at it for what it is alone, i dont think you can penalize Barcia for this. Jett owes him a solid aggreasive move though.

Absolutely a racing incident and to place blame on Dungey is to place blame on racing itself. Absolute nonsense.Also, Stew had darted himself into the ground all on his own much worse than this hit with Dungey many, many previous times, and Stew has been way more carless on the track than Dunge ever was, from JS7 landing on top of RC4 at High Point (i believe) orJS7 almost killing Travis Preston and himself by not looking when pulling in front of Preston.
