@@livinginutah Thanks! I'd really like to know. I like putting them on the grill until they shrink and get a little dry. Then I take them out of the shell and cut them up, put them in a mug with butter. yum!
One pro of not being on the coast, no hurricanes. Also, rarely ever has any tornados, except in August 1999. When I was at USU, I don't remember being warmer than the 80 degrees, back in 1978-1982, and it must have been contributed to climate change. A lot of good skiing and the dry cold, I didn't get colds like I do east of the Rockies, like CT, KY and TX. Oh and the Summers were much nicer. I took classes Summer quarter just to spend the summers in Logan, as opposed to CT, where my parents lived. Love them, just not the climate up there. Needed a change. I don't smoke and can't stand second hand smoke that the Marijuana law, the less MJ & legal cigarettes the better. I don't drink much alcohol either. Nothing to do with any religion, but just don't feel the need to drink it, some on holidays and special occasions but very rarely do I drink alcohol. It would be wine or champagne if I do, like a Marmosa, which is Champagne with orange juice.
Some great pros and cons to consider when moving to SLC! Thanks!!
