    Glenn mate thank you so much, brand new turner with a set of cheap carbides and a mini lathe but watching you has been all the instruction I've needed to turn a bowl etc. The tip about toolrest placement and tool angle was a lifesaver. thanks mate

    Fantastic tutorial Glenn. Having techniques explained and why them techniques are used is very informative to me as an elderly new starter to woodturning with limited time to join any kind of club this kind of tutorial is really easy to follow even for a plank like me.

    Now i no what to do with the pile of logs i have lying outside my workshop just need get them cut and split bowls for Christmas presents. Wicked job Mate loving this wee rerun series with the type 3 set. 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

      Yeah me too. I know it is but it was given to me as plum and I'm not going to get into any arguments. It's just wood. Thanks for watching.

    really helpful videos to watch on how to use carbide tools on the angle, I'm interested to know is it easier to use your round bar tools on the angle rather than the square ones?
