- 154 riders entered Sandraiders 2024 to experience riding on 1400km of tracks used in the legendary Paris-Dakar race during the eighties and nineties.
I entered on a Yamaha TT600 Desert racer alongside my son Charlie, on his Honda XR600R this year and in this video you get see what happens as we scramble through some of the greatest scenery Morocco has to offer over the 7-days the Sandraiders event runs for. Dunes, dust lakes, rocky passes, they're all here!

We all know this vid won't hit the heights of some of the others, but please please never stop posting bike and sand raiders videos, they are very much appreciated! I am SO jealhous.
So jealous! cant believe there are people out there doing stuff like that. God damn.
So true.
I agree 100%, motorcyclists are hardcore enthusiasts
Harry and son smashing it out of the park, this is how UA-cam is done.
Totally agree.
Great stuff Harry and thanks for the Reuben plug had 6 more donations this evening. shot all my videos in slow motion so think they are all useless I fear. Taking the positives from this I will have to go next year now. Thanks ever so much again. Mick
They shouldn't "be useless". You can convert them to 25/30/50/60 fps. I often receive things at 60fps and convert them to 30fps and they don't run at half speed and the audio sounds normal.
Well done that man !
Father and son.. 👏 Beautiful to hear Harry speak with such love...
I was going to write the exact same thing… 👊
I'm not even interested in motorcycles, but it's a joy to watch these long Sandraiders videos every year.
“I broke a rib and…” Harry-“well you’ve got plenty of ribs, don’t you?”
Very British response to a broken bone!😂
Wow. Just wow. Hardcore, Harry. HARDCORE HARRY. Everything here. Tourism plug. Charity plug. Old bikes power. Bravery. Adventure. Family bonding. Great camera work. Foxtrot oscar:-) Vicarious living. Fantastic. Thank you to all concerned.
Pressing a like button just doesn`t cover it. Absolutely bloody great, and thank you!!
I thought it was a 52 minute video, but it only lasted 5 !
Such was my total absorption into the action, scenery and whole adventure. Wonderful. 🥰
I felt so involved. The helmet cam and mic experience was like riding with you, as a non biker, and technically spot on.
The behind the scene's stories were so important to the whole event and just added to our enjoyment.
Thank you and Charlie so much for sharing it with us. 👏
And so my annual ’Should I get a bike license’ daydream begins, usually takes 3-4 weeks for it to wear off. Thanks Harry!
Get it done . Always worth it
26:30 "Let's Foxtrot Oscar out of here!" Brilliant 😂
21:24 I had just been thinking why you don't mention how great your son is and how nice it must be to share this experience with him, and then you did, and I cried.
I’m always amazed at the low view count on these videos. These adventure video’s are some of the best content on YT.
Amazing content as always - thank you!
Well Harry, that was an absolutely fantastic video! How blessed you are to enjoy such a wonderful adventure with your son….and Charlie, you are blessed with an amazing man as both father and friend. You guys nailed this trip and I hope I can speak for every viewer when I say a massive thank you for taking us along for the ride (pun intended). Truly fantastic viewing, felt like I was actually there with you. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Bravo boys👏👍
I know a vast majority of your audience are car people. But I look forward to these Sandraiders videos every year. It's really cool that you do these with your son.
This is always a highlight of my UA-cam year and this year was better than ever. Thanks for filming and sharing it!
Every year, I watch this and I have to stop myself from buying a bike and joining everyone on Sand Raiders the following year. I'm just grateful i don't even have my CBT or it might be all but impossible not to. Thanks for a cracking journey Harry and Charlie (and John) it really is a real highlight of the year seeing these trips. All the best!
Not even watched it yet but I know it’s going to be an epic episode!
Wow must be amazing to experience this kind of riding with your son!
21.25 in very touching moment...it is a pinch yourself moment indeed..♥
Fantastic stuff. Thanks Harry & Charlie for taking us with you.
Beautiful, I got my boy on a QR50 at 3. His nearly 14 now and riding 650s cant wait to be hitting Morocco like you guys.
Bought a tear to my eye!
I'm not into biking at all. But Harry has a way of making you interested in anything he puts on UA-cam. Just like farming couldn't be further from (what I thought) my interests were, I never miss an episode of Harry's farm. The basic honesty and joy of dealing With either hobbies as in this case or duties as in the farm that Harry is able to project is completely addicting. Thank you so much!
Fantastic video 👍🏻 the two of you together makes it even more special.
The case repair with the coin and JB Weld is genius!!
Great Video boys!! Well done!
Absolutely brilliant video as always. Well done for making it through the event.
Awesome video, Harry and Charlie! Stretch it out to 3 videos because I love watching the classic bikes and landscapes of desert rallies like this!
Good on you, Harry, for keeping so fit, and I hope you and Charlie have many more years of adventures together.
Great to see the 80s bikes being used as they should, would like to see more of your collection being used like that harry.😊
This channel is amazing, never a dull moment
Absolutely love these videos. The dynamic with you and Charlie is great. Your comments about being able to ride with your son were really lovely.
Amazing episodes as usual, loved it and hats off to you Harry for giving the youngsters a run for their money…
Very belated but thank you so much Harry and Charlie for bringing us the Sandraiders again. I'm a bike tragic and would watch every bike video you put out, always wanting more, and i know they don't perform as well as you car stuf but i really appreciate you sharing these father -son experiences with us.
When I grow up, I want this man’s life
We all do! :D
Shout out to all the people who have no interest in bikes but still watched this whole video with great interest anyway. I don't think this is something i could ever do but i really loved coming along for the ride.
Love Charlie in a video lovely guy
Motorbike videos is what brought me to this channel. The car stuff is ok and I guess why most people subscribe, but for me it's all about the bikes, Roll on Sand raiders Tunisia.
Thanks for the ride Harry and Charlie well done chaps 😎👏
Glad to see you guys do the run and no real trouble and you guys didn't get hurt. So hats off to you both. I like the way your bike runs Harry it just puts along and goes when it's supposed to. Crack on boys.
It's all about discretely modernised carburation and ignition systems! There's a lot of hybrid clobber on that TT600 that you can't see.
Looks fantastic. I a not even a bike person but this is gripping. In 2022 I did a car rally in Morocco, starting in Agadir. Drove me 450SL that I brought from the US.
Fantastic! I saved this one for nice Sunday afternoon, and now I'm sad it's over. I think this is the best coverage of Sandraiders yet, but 50mins just flew by. Would have loved to have seen even more of the country, the towns and people. But what was in this 50mins was just great. Thanks so much for taking us along for the ride again Harry and looking forward to Tunisia!
Never stop doing bike videos, Harry! They're awesome.
This one is a winner....thank you for sharing...
One of your best videos yet, enjoyed watching every second of it. Well done to you and Charlie.😊
Charly, what a wheelie. 100 points.
Awesome video as always Harry, thank you i always enjoy watching them. Hi from Holland
Absolve these videos, glad you and Charlie are both safe, thank you for sharing your amazing trips with us, cheers Harry 👍🙏
Hey, fantastic stuff Harry, Charlie and all the team! Great to see the interview too, with (my big bruv) Mick Kemp! Lovely stuff, and thanks for a great watch, Bob K 🙏
Great coverage of this year’s event as always and what a fantastic father and son team, hope all those involved in accidents are safe and well, see you next year 🤞🏻🏴👍🏻
Love watching the Sandraiders videos. Well done guys.
Great stuff. And spare a thought for Mrs Harry following along behind on her bicycle...🚴👀
Superb!
Great Father and Son Adventure and Team
Ive been waiting all year for this🤩 Thank you so so much for taking us with you on this amazing adventure! Im really tempted to do sandraiders 2026 on a RD03 as a first timer and then you say „not a good idea to go first time on a africa twin“. Damnit😂
I do have several years of mx, enduro (lots of sandriding) and
supermoto under my belt. So Im still temped to conquer with the big pig.
Hopefully we see eachother 2026 💪🏼
Pretty damned awesome. Thank you for taking us along.
That was frikkin' amazing, thanks Harry...
I loved my CX GTi turbo-what a car! Never had a car like it since though we have had a 2cv for 24 years so still love quirky cars
Harry and Charlie it's fantastic stuff as always even for the none offroad/bike rider. It's kinda snowboarding/surfing but up hill in the heat must be super cool experience to do it 👍
I love these - you'll never know how much I wish I could do this event one day. Still, at least we get to come along for the ride with one of the most amiable people on YT as viewers 😊
thx Harry n Charlie for another Sandraiders. such a cool event n the scenery is spectacular. both bikes n riders finished n unbroken. thx to ur mate for filming as well.
Brilliant as always Harry! I don't ride bikes but love watching these each year. Wish I could go out and door stuff like this with my dad. Charlie is a lucky guy to be able to do stuff like this with you
I really enjoy this video's. thank you for making them. I liked your son gloves VERY COOL. What a lot of fun. Looking forward to your November video. Sometime in the future!
Props to Franko for keeping his chin up. We were at the Melbourne loop gate where he left the blade in the planters. Boy was proper pee’d off.
These videos are always so awaited all year. Now we wait for another year
What a dream. Lucky son!
That was fantastic.
Thank you Harry and Charlie.
Wow what an adventure. Looks amazing to take part in. Thanks for documenting so well .
Thanks for the videos all we used to get back in the day was a few pictures and the story and you could only imagine the rest
Nowadays we get to almost ride along thanks Harry much respect
The several, oh dad moments were priceless.....
Epic! Thank you both for sharing.
Super special to be able to share the experience as father and son ❤
Lovely video Harry. I’m sitting here with 3 fractured ribs after a TET accident aged 67 and thinking this looks amazing. I think I need my head looking at.
Thanks Harry and Charlie for another wonderful Sand Raiders.. glad to see you both finished unharmed.. can't wait for the next one. Take Care and much Love from London.....
Great memories here and so well documented, wonderful week, thank you for sympathy and see you in Tunisia!
What a great adventure to share with your son. He's a great guy, going along with you on some of your more extreme outings.Wow! Also, he drives the combine on the farm late into the night, lights on, food on the run, oblivious to the time of day. You two are remarkable. Play hard, work hard. The acorn does not fall far from the tree. We should all be so lucky as to be raised by a father like you. Also, his knowledge of cars is very impressive and more extensive than expected and much more comprehensive than my own (and I am 64!). Class acts, father and son! Keep up the great videos, please. What, maybe Charlie's Garage? I wonder what cars he has in his collection so far.
Another great video has always harry and Charlie 👍
Loved this, looks like loads of fun.
Epic episode, thanks for sharing!
Really enjoyed watching the great to see father and son together enjoying themselves 😊
Good to see mates enjoying themselves.
Ah, man! What a gas! Love love live! Thanks for taking us along for the ride Harry and Charlie.
You are the man Harry!!! Riding that much on that terrain is unbelievable to watch thank you for this content. You are a joy to listen to and watch.
Another excellent bike video. I really appreciate the brilliant variety on your channel. Keep up your highly appreciated work.
This was a nice surprise... I really enjoyed last year
Sunday, 5pm, cup of tea brewed so must be time for the next instalment in Harry's desert adventure. Bring it on!
Loved it, i could have watched hours of you two.
Cracking video thanks Harry & Charlie - loved it 😊 what an adventure and you looked like pros this years
Really a fantastic video and spectacular adventure. Thanks for sharing.
Great stuff, thanks a lot. really impressed with the mechanics! Great thing to enjoy with your son, congratulations.
Just brilliant.

This, as always, is the best!! 🌟🍾👊
Charlies Honda sounds great !!!!
Absolutely brilliant well done guys.
Great job with the video, Harry. Your riding ability is a real inspiration as well, especially as I fell off at least once each stage.
Fantastic video, Always love the Sandraiders annual trip, Would never do it myself but love hearing about the bikes I wanted as a teenager.
Another great video.
Not being a biker, I am in awe of this event and a the riders in the event.
Getting round is winning and seeing the sights along the way must be so emotional.
This is as close as I will get to doing it, so thank you for bringing Sandraiders to us!
