Something about watching video types like these are therapeutic, brought back some good old memories, of when I used to cut up chicken, I now get it done at the butcher, however after looking at your video I don't mind doing it again. That knife was very sharp made cutting very easy TFS.
Good night mommy, Although I was born and grew up in Guyana I have never did any sort of butchering before. I always asked the butchers to cut for me but now that I can actually watch how you do it, will certainly cut up a chicken tomorrow. Thank you for teaching us Bachelors 🤫🙏🇬🇾🇨🇦

Hi Mom's I am super excited to learn to make ur aloo pie recipe. I like Trinidad street food ones .please can u show the secrets and tricks to get it like that. thank u❤️
Hi! this depends on where you buy your meat. For me, I live in Canada and buy my whole soft chickens at larger department stores where they are fairly clean, so I would just use water after I finish cutting it. On the other hand, other meats require different types of cleaning. Things you can use to clean your chicken is water, vinegar, lime, flour. I personally do not like to use lime, flour and vinegar in my soft chickens because it toughen the meat up. I hope this explanation helps you. Let me know what you decide to do.
Woiiiiiii mummy dat knife nice!! Thanks for showing us how to do ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
