Enjoyed this podcast. It's nice to hear a sober review of the facts. I hope you cover the cases of Jennifer Kesse, Lindsay Buziak and William Tyrell in future episodes.
I hope your podcast really catches on. Your no-nonsense dissemination is of great value to me, and I get a kick out of your frequent mispronunciations 😉
Great podcast! I heard you first with Tim & Lance and had to check you out. I have listened to all of your Maura Murray episodes and have truly enjoyed your fresh perspective. I am now going back to listen to your other episodes. I look forward to lots more.
I’m glad you explain the process of things as you go along.I find too many people assume to know these things and base their theories on misinformation
Very interesting insight into the US legal system - the FOIA section reminds me in the Orson Welles movie "The Trial" in that there's no way the applicant can win!
I am newly hooked on this podcast. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Would love for you to go over the Missy Witt murder and then some 6 months later a 5 yr old girl was abducted near by and has still not been found here in the Fort Smith, AR area.
Annnd of course, Jon Benet. It’ll be a 5-6 episode one but once you jump into all the details, it will keep you awake at night trying to run down theories.
@@ProsecutorsPodcast I hear you I understand that but the but lol you guys give an insight to how these disappearances are investigated that I think a lot of people would love to hear. I just love the podcast too! I’m here for any case!
I can't imagine someone high on drugs getting dressed up like police SWAT to commit a burglary. Sounds like a lot of effort for someone who would probably be in a mood of desperation.
I agree, surely burglars want to be able to run away if needed, not be weighed down by all that kit, and what burglar goes to all that effort to rob a church, could see it for a bank robbery not a church, and on drugs I would like to see how you could even get all that stuff on or keep it all on
Yeah there need to be some type of time limit on this foia data. It is very likely that If the so called authorities hasn't/can't solve it after this long they never will. Why not open the books at least for the family and the interested community in effort to solve the case.
Been listening for a year and JUST started back through these. Never heard of Maura until this podcast. I just wanted to point out some risk taking behavior patterns. The shoplifting, the pattern of reckless driving, the credit card theft…these are all pretty ballsy behaviors. Did any of these things contribute to her disappearance? Probably not…on the surface. But…they DO point to a state of mind. Combine what seems to be a pretty clear propensity for risk taking behavior with the alcohol she consumed while driving AND the adrenaline dump after an accident, and it is clear that whatever happened next was outside the parameters of what a reasonable person “would do”. Heading off the road on foot in 7* weather? Hopping into the car with a stranger? Completely plausible and in fact, probable.
Pretty sure there was talk of Maura with a guy at the alleged dorm room party. I thought he was a cousin of one of the girls and on the MMM podcast they had a name. You guys were making some noise in the community and on Reddit especially with your take on the Vasi hit. Very interesting that the propaganda specialist unleashed this bomb. Classic mis-direction.
Sorry, but another pointless podcast. Just move on, you’re adding zero value unfortunately. It’s all been done before, hopefully this will be your last on this case... but I suspect you,re going down the same road as the Missing Maura Murray podcast...up to episode 3,079 and made no progress at all. Until Fred, Kate M and Sarah A honestly answer all the obvious questions about the W/e before the disappearance (particularly the party), or the police release the files, or there’s a confession nothing is added by another superficial podcast series re-hashing what’s known already.
What they said last episode was dead on. There's a chance that someone who actually does know something doesn't actually know they know something because they've never heard of Maura. I'd never heard of her before this podcast, which led me to MMM, then back here for more. And while I personally don't know anything about her outside of podcasts and reading about her, if someone like me who is into true crime and missing persons hasn't heard of her, that's pretty surprising. So getting her name out there, even if it's as "entertainment" increases the chances that someone who knows something will hear about it. And you're right, her family has to be honest. But if they didn't do anything wrong, then other avenues should still be investigated and discussed. Besides, it's not like L&A can go question the family in an official capacity. So if they want to spend their time talking about the case, who cares?

Yes, please cover the Jennifer Kesse case that one is another situation that leaves me scratching my head..

Great job you two.

From an English gal, thanks for explaining the different juries.
this podcast is awesome.
Interesting legal information pertaining to various aspects surrounding the case, thank you!
The call between Kate & Bill is now cleared up for me. That makes total sense now.
I say keep making maura videos. I like em

Appeals to higher courts just result in a prescription to the lower court for how to uphold their previous findings.
Did y’all read the grand jury transcripts from Jeffery MacDonald? Very eye opening

Or the Golden State Killer and how they finally caught him

You should do one on Lars Mittank
Can you discuss this with Unsolved No More?!!
Lol... That is the worst channel ever to me 🙄
Have you guys done or will do a podcast on Jennifer Kesse?
Probably, though sadly I don't know that there's much to add

If they’re sharing a phone plan he could listen to her messages if he knew her PW for voicemail. BUT depending on phone

It's just the timing of BR starting to talk.
The JonBenet complaint states that they knew Burke didn't kill her, which is obviously untrue.
This is a great Maura Murray podcast though.
Thanks for explaining the grand jury process. Ever think about taking a look at Breanna Taylor? Louisville native here.
i think maura went off with the mystery man, and bill was pissed off about it.

yes, maura went off with the mystery man from boston, then bill found out about him from kate.
Bill I remember marlena being possessed.
I meant Brett u were talking about BR
