Minute 16:18 according to the Odometer 395Km and we have 1% battery left, or what is the same 51.06 if we had 0% battery. Assuming that in the M3 HL SR we have 57.5 Kwh net of battery (not counting the BMS) we should have an additional 45.69km equivalent to the remaining 5.9Kwh. Therefore 395km+45.69km = 449.69 theoretical km Greetings from Spain
I have driven a week on my M3 (same spec as yours) now in Finnish winter and my range in these conditions seems to be sowhere around 300-320km. It has been between -14 to -5 celsius here and a lot of snow and ice to add extra resistance.
@@Karamanov1 That was just with mix rides without much highway. Probably mostly driving around 60-80km/h. Nothing too scientific :) Now that tempature is milder (above zero) it seem to give close to 400km of range, which has included some highway driving too.
This is great content for me, a first time Tesla Owner. My car is set to arrive in a few days, so the content your sharing is really good info. Thanks, this is super helpful
It showed 62 kwh charged cause you lose electricity when charging. The slower you charge, the more you lose. With a granny charger i read that you can lose up to 18% even. But as a general rule they say you lose about 10% when charging.
The battery is 60 kWh. What you see in the charging screen is the kWh that went into the battery AND the kWh used by other instruments. Don’t forget, you saw the car preconditioning while charging, that alone takes about 1% every 5 minutes of preconditioning.
Hay from SA. When I first heard you talking I thought you had an SA accent. Pitty we still don't officially have Tesla in SA. I had my first drive in a Tesla Model Y recently in Japan, amazing cars.
Usable capacity is 57.5 kwh. This means you get 500 km if you drive 11.5 kwh per 100km. My highland reaches 13.5-15kwh per 100 with highway use. City driving reaches 11 kwh per 100
@@HyperVegitoDBZ driving between 100 kph and 130 kph can consume between 17 to 19 kwh per 100 km. This is with 18 Celsius, flat road & dry conditions. I very rarely went above 20 kwh/100km.
Nice to know and great information from you , thanks for that. I agree with you, a lot of tests on UA-cam is in almoust one stretch. What is not reality for many people including me. Anyone else here waiting for the Juniper? I'm in Spain and hope it gets released in EU this year. We all heard that it won't be released in US this year 2024. I would get a M3, but only if it came with the CATL LFP C4 or the new Panasonic batteries as was initially speculated. It makes no sense to buy Highland with old battery tech that will be 20% less performance.. Just my opinion..
Hi, can you please upload the video of what you can do with enhanced autopilot in Europe? I need to make a decision to purchase it or just go with regular autopilot. Many thanks in advance!
Basically the only thing is "auto" lane change, but you have to move the steering wheel a bit still. You can get a similar functionality with sexy buttons and save 4000€.
Hi - exactly as @basedw said - you can see here in my short: ua-cam.com/users/shortsyRhZwtZicp8 Also - if you use my referral link, you can get free FSD (which includes EAP) with your order for 3 months, thereafter you can decide whether you want to buy it or not (in the Tesla app)
@@maxjohannink7365 You will still have to manually change the lane, but it will auto re-enable autopilot after you make the change. Without the buttons you will have to re-enable AP after EVERY lane change.
Hi! Thank you for your question - you can check out my other videos where I drive from the Algarve to Porto - you’re unlikely gonna make it all the way from Lisbon to Porto on one charge, you’ll probably have to make 1 short stop in Fatima or Mealhada

Online say 50kwh but Tesla say around 60kwh. They want us to use max 50kwh. Excellent video. 5 stars

around 300-320km but what was the average speed? have you tested on a highway, in cold weather, with 130-140km/h ?

Yes, its the energy dispensed by the charger, not the energy that went into the battery. Also includes heat losses during charging.

In summer I assume. I wonder about the winter. Probably 2-3 kwh more per 100?

We always used the non toll roads between faro, Albufeira and Vilamoura.
Great video! Can you make one about all the functions and options of the display?
If 100% highway like Porto do Faro, what would be the range according your experienxe at 120 kms/h? From 100% to 0% charge

18 inch wheels, 438km on the dashboard at 100%
How much did you paid?
You use more from charger than what goes into Battery. The is cooling, fans, losses etc.
Do you have an option to charge at home?

That kWh is including what it’s using in the moment
Can you make a video of the 3 stopping mode of this car?
M3H no 3 stop mode same as model Y it's just an auto one.

좋은 동영상❤
unfortunately rwd version does not have good milage, they want you to buy the dual motor, instead. its a shame.
they want you to buy a plaid anyway lol
Great
0-100 in the dual motor long range is 4.4 seconds
wtf, at the end that's a shopping mall near my house in south Portugal
I used to go there frequently :)
250 plus miles is plenty. Only people complaining about range dont have access to home charging.
Taxi drivers may contest that assertion.
