Wheat is sprayed with glyphosate in the the beginning of the growing season and then sprayed at the end to quickly ripen it for the harvest. That is one major difference between European wheat and America's wheat.

Thanks Judy. Appreciate the ideas around healing vs dormancy and resiliency and reintroduction of elimination foods to determine healing. How should we choose want to introduce back in. Why introduce something unnecessary to see if you can tolerate it?

I couldn’t tell if he was saying the carnivore diet heals the gut or only gives the gut a break from irritating foods?
He seems to make a distinction between stopping irritating foods and actually healing gut issues. Any thoughts? I’m 6 months into carnivore.

There is an assumption belief that the microbiome CAN exist with modern Organic Plants. Organic does not mean pesticide or herbicide free. The plants are choosen based on higher levels of naturally occurring pesticides & herbicides.
It is assumed that we can eat these plants if we are healthy. We see in vegetarians & vegans that they break down over a period of less than 10 years. This should not occur based on them eating organic healthy plants.
This makes me wonder if there is half right & half wrong about our knowledge at this time.

I used to be allergic to red meat due to poison from tick bites. I overcame it by eating little bits of grass fed organic meat and taking lots of Bach Rescue Remedy after I'd eaten it. Took many months but I got there, thankfully.

Why should we eat other things , it's not just healing ,we don't want to get fat . And as soon as we don't eat proper human diet , high blood glucose comes back , aches and pains come back . What's the point ?

Judy, I know you had mentioned to me before that you didn’t recommend testing. But it’s so hard not to want to have “proof” or a gauge at which to compare. Like I said before I was diagnosed with SIBO through a breath test about 4 or 5 yrs ago but am guessing it’s back. I also heard that leaky gut often coincides with SIBO. Is there a specific test to take to know if you have leaky gut? I know you’re not an expert in macular degeneration but I’m quite young at 53 to have it and have for the most part eaten healthy Whole Foods for decades(although more bread and desserts in the past). Do you think it’s possible my years of poor gut health effected my absorbing nutrients abs was a cause of this early diagnosis. It often runs in families and I only had one grandma who had it but wasn’t diagnosed until 80. Can you believe first on the list of who is at risk for getting macular degeneration was eating a diet high in saturated fat and specifically mentions meat, butter, and cheese which I have eaten much more of in the last 2-3 yrs since starting keto. I find that so hard to believe. 😢

@@meathead365 So basically, you want creators to work for free? Therefore if they should work for free, how about you work for free? Sorry, but as an artist and creative, I have people always telling me that I should work for free, but they don't want to give me their services for free. Watch the ads or pay for the service. Adblockers are stealing from creatives and asking them to work for free. You hate ads, then pay for premium UA-cam Prime. Life isn't free and neither is a creators time, energy, and knowledge. Do you have any idea how many hours a creator spends editing a video? If they don't edit the video themselves then they have to pay a professional to edit said video and that is costly. If you don't like ads and don't want to pay for UA-cam Prime then make an appointment with Judy to get the same information and pay her for her time as nutritionist and an expert.
