Judy I love all your videos. Thanks for sharing all that information. The last Hair mineral that my daughter (2 1/2yrs old) and myself did showed us low digestive enzyme :( we need definitely gut support. We have been in this approach approx. 1year. Thanks again for your help.

    The gut is so complex

Our systems are way more complicated than we think. When I was feeling bad, never thought it was the food I ate, just that I caught a bug. The bug could be true, but really most likely a gut issue with chronic dieting. Chronic dieting because, never ever able to maintain goal weight. Despite what people think, nobody chooses to be fat.

I find keeping cucmbers in a diluted apple cider vinegar solution very helpful.. i will snack on a few slices of cucmber and take a shot of the vinegar before dinner.. i typically only eat once a day in the evening.. also what are your thoughts on the fermented cabbage and ginger for a steady supply of affordable probiotics?? Cool video thank you😊

Judy, Judy, please learn to slow down. This is a lot of valuable information and I think you're presenting it much too quickly. Watch Bret Sher and note his method of delivery as a good example. Also, the famous video, Sugar, The Bitter Truth. The speed of delivery is critical. I feel bombarded by your voice speed. You are a valuable asset in this space and I want you to be successful and reach a lot of people. I'm sending this with the intent to increase your success. I value your contributions.

Keep in mind, there are some tight edits here, maybe because she wanted to join thoughts later that didn’t flow during the taping. I don’t believe Dr Brett Sher does much editing; he tapes as live to tape as possible.

@@MyCbarrett Yes, decreasing the computer speed is an option, however the distortion of the voice isn't pleasant to listen to, compared to the natural voice.
