This one thing is messing up HRG Engineering. (but we have a plan)

In this video, I talk about how global shortages are affecting HRG and what we are doing about it in order to stay in business. We have been hit with shortages of all types since early 2021. Whether it is steel tubing, sheet metal, bolts, alignment components, or even the paper we use to wrap the parts, Everything has been difficult to find at some point during the year. Not to mention the cost of steel has gone up 400% since early 2020. Shortages has been our greatest challenge since we started. Luckily, we can acquire aluminum far easier as there does not seem to be a shortage. So moving forward, we will be changing over to aluminum for all of our subframe spacers (Strut spacers will continue to be made from carbon steel). We can now have these made by the thousand, solving the problem of constantly running out. Thanks for watching!!
