Hi, can i ask if the console is able to play videos at least up to 1080p?

According to the ArkOS wiki up to 720p seems to perform fine with limited testing. Support will be limited for this feature. If a video or movie doesn't work on this, try a lower resolution or just use a more suitable device like a smartphone. FYI: This has a 640x480 or 480p resolution screen so anything larger than 480p is getting downscaled.
