I used to own a Dodge Demon 1971. A long time ago in a distant galaxy a friend of a friend owned a junkyard and he held the Demon back because it was a hair too good to scrap. For $300 I got the car, and within a month the transmission let go on the freeway. I nursed it to the exit close to a junkyard I was familiar with. Half way up the exit, it died, and never rolled again. I left it there with a signed title in the glovebox. I took a cab home and left a voicemail for the junkyard saying they can have it if they can tow it. I never heard anything more. I assume the junkyard got it. I never received mail from the police saying it was impounded.

That 340 has a cam behind it, if it is a 340. It sounds almost as good as my 74 Gold Duster 500 hp 440 did
