A complete foil for Lukaku, scored goals against big clubs and always ran hard. Our biggest mistake was selling him weeks after his hatrick against Chelski to fuckin Norwich he made Lukaku look like a winger at some points.
No one has a bad word to say about this man. A really great example of an Evertonian. Never quick enough to be a winger in the prem. Very intelligent striker, created a lot of space for Lukaku to get goals and could always tell where to be if someone missed. Brilliant player.
I loved Naisy, me, NEA. Great work rate and when given the opportunities, he was a great finisher. On top of that, he 'got' EFC and did some worthy charitable works. That's two comments from me, a year apart! LOL - said my piece, I'll let it rest. : )
Always loved this guy, maybe not the best player, but worked his socks off every time he stepped on the field. That 2014-15 season had so many goals against big clubs, wish we still had a player like that.
He was a proper striker and we didn't play him often enough. A clinical finished, something that Lukaku will never be. I don't think he needed a second chance for any of the goals he scored. And his positional sense was so good. DCL could learn from this video.
Found out Naismith retired last month. Came here to watch this video again in honor of his career. May not have been consistent, but always played with his heart on his sleeve. Have never forgotten his hat trick against Chelsea. UTFT from the USA 💙🔵🔷🇺🇸
Another great player we had which fell victim to Everton's shoddy business dealings. Which to me is the most frustrating thing about this team right now.
What a player, played for Kilmarnock, Rangers, Everton, Norwich and Hearts, didn't play for a ton of clubs, but where/when he played, he made a big impact, his movement is brilliant, reads the game very well. Baines you could see worked very well with Naisy, McGeady, Lukaku, Mirallas too. One can only wonder what a Rooney/Naismith partnership up front could have been like if Naismith was older? Chelsea were probably hating seeing him on the pitch! 🤣 He is manager of Heart of Midlothian FC (Hearts FC) just now, in a European spot, with only a few games to go in the Scottish Premiership. Seems like his managerial run is off to a good start!
What a player, what a man - pure class, always gave everything for the shirt 😁

Most underrated Everton player in PL era. Wish we had him back.
Yes
I couldn’t agree more 👏👏
Naismith is a great lad he did lots to help in the community, an he did it off his own back. Hope you keep banging them in for hearts
Honestly what id give to have a player like Naismith now. We never truly appreciated how good he was for us
Steven Naismith what a player - Pele
How badly our squad could use a Steven Naismith right now. Most underrated EFC player of the past decade.
Always thought he suited up top instead of out on the wing where Moyes played him. Roberto got the best out of Naisy, what a finisher!
chills every time the hat trick goal goes in... what a player. what a man. miss him.

Grayhatz You lost all right to comment after the “I’m a Norwich fan” part mate, sorry. Plead your case elsewhere.
Rhys Jones he was rubbish for us😂 still scored against Liverpool though
Was one hell of a player for rangers also, would take him back in a heartbeat.

Echo all the comments, top player gave everything for the shirt. Should never have been sold. Should come back as club ambassador
Class player. Undervalued
I’d give anything to him in this current team
Still remember that perfect hat trick against chelsea
It is Naismith with the opportunity when I came to like Everton.Thanks.

Good player
The goat
Header,left foot,right foot, perfect hatrick v Chelsea.
Saudade nosso Pelé branco honrrava o nosso manto do Everton FC
The Ev la 😎
Was gutted when he left. 👎🏻 loved Naismith 🇬🇧
Scored in some big games against top PL teams, how many goals against Chelsea?
Six
Loved playing against Chelsea I see
He loves a goal against chelsea
Scored 3 against Chelsea and then hardly played again. Gave a lot for the club
I still have no idea whey we sold him.
He was a bit like Cahill in that he had a good habit of being in the right place in the box to poach. Completely wasted out wide.
Love Naisy, me!
Some says, Fortnite and Griezman copied Naismith's celebration.
He loves to score against chelsea.
The wee man enjoyed scoring against Chelsea 😂
Seriously miss The Albino Pele
They were just typical goal hanger goal apart from the odd one or two good ones. Goals were goals tho
rip in peace chelsea
Imagine being an Everton fan.
Remember his first season he was awful the he shaved his head the next season and was unreal
Hero
Blondeandinho
