There's nothing that can describe us all in 1 blanket of a statement/video. I think if you can relate to 90% of it, you are pretty close to being a sigma. There's nothing that can describe us all in 1 blanket of a statement/video. I think if you can relate to 90% of it, you are pretty close to being a sigma. I for 1 are very talkative ( unlike the video describing sigma as quiet), but I had to learn this skill in order to adapt and achieve my goals of owning/running my businesses. A sigma male also attracts male (no homo lol), not just females. But yes, gay male/female are also attracted to sigma. If you are unsure about being a sigma (1st sign that you're not FYI), ask your friends and family if they see you as a sigma, since it would be a true and unbias opinion of you through a 3rd persons view. It's hard for me to imagine someone trying to become a sigma when they are not. You would have to genuinely love spending time alone, or long hours reading and researching hundreds of topics a sigma would do naturally for fun over chasing girls and going out for drinks. A sigma is not perfect, but they rarely fails at anything they do. Your life history of achievements should clearly show you if you fit being labelled as a sigma. Alpha, Betas and Omegas are already established on the animals category (wolves, gorillas, dogs etc) but it can also apply to humans. The Sigma male is not the sum of them but a tribe apart. Sigma CAN understand Omegas, Betas and Alphas because is highly empathic, but it doesn't mean the Sigma is Alpha, Beta or Omega, it is just different, in fact Sigmas don't like the Alpha's role and Betas LOVE the Alpha's role but they can't get there, they just follow.
