It was a very good presentation. I have struggled with several of the points you made. I am hyper critical of myself when I do not achieve my goals. Thank you for reminding me that it is ok not to be perfect.

Reaching perfection is losing reality of life, it’s not of repair of making our planet better. It’s our mindset that needs be balanced, not unrealistic perfection pursuit . As imperfect humans we don’t need to self destruct
