Inverted if using regular cap or standard using flow control cap

Set timer pour 50 gram water at 95 degree then stir 20 times close the lid and wait until 1 minute
.
1:00 pour another 50 gram then stir again 20 times and wait (you can re heat your water)
.
At 2:00 press down in 40 second
.
Bypass it with 93 degree water 50 gr
.
Adjust your bypass to strong add more water
.
Result clean but tasty coffee the flow control makes silkier and full mouthfeel
