Pls have more 'no repeat' full body workouts! I love no repeat workouts, cuz you know you don't have to repeat the exercises again in the workout, and you only do one time of each exercise. I love your full body and leg exercises, those with simple resistance bands and dumbbells only, but are intense enough, bc I love intense workouts in 10-20 min! I also like how some have more jumping and some have less, so I know which ones to do depending on how I feel that day. Hope you can continue keep up the good work, keep up the quality of videos/intense workouts/variety of types of workouts and will always support you! Thanks a lot :)

Excellent workout this morning! I love the pace! Not too fast, not too slow. Every move is effective! I love these 20 minute workouts! With difficult-to-see form (like kettle bell thrusts) or moves that are targeting a muscle that we can't see moving on you - I would love to see you point to or demonstrate the muscle squeeze (for example, turn and show us squeezing the booty in the beginning). Also, sometimes I miss looking at the countdown clock and would love to hear you say, "Here we go!" or something each time to signal the 45 seconds has begun... otherwise I race to catch up. Thank you so much for these excellent videos!! SO GOOD!

Today was the first day of me completing a hiit workout without any extra rests, at the same pace as her, and I know this wasn't that hard but I am so freaking proud of myself.
This is one of my favorites so far! Love to combination moves that allow me to modify as needed and still get an effective and tough workout! Great mix!

Hi! I am a 36 year old mom of two and I am LOVING your workouts! The one thing that I would love to see is an ABS workout for postpartum moms. Many of us are left with abdominal separation (“Diastasis recti”) after pregnancy which means we can't jump right into regular ab workouts right away. I would love if you could put together a kick ass abs video that I could start with for a few months before moving up to your regular abs workouts. Let me know if this is possible! :)
This is absolutely one of my favourite workouts, I love that you integrate lower intensity exercises throughout, so your body is working hard but you’re not straining yourself. It helps to maintain the feeling that you’re pushing yourself NOT punishing, and gives you so much more motivation to finish. Thank you for helping me SWEAT AT HOME (mindfully) 😅🙏🥰

love love the full body workouts and would love longer ones like 30-40 minutes ones! they're harder but i like them when I have the time. I love the 45 sec intervals; it keeps the pace moving and it’s long enough to get a burn. The no repeat always keeps it interesting and I love moves that keep the heart rate up. This is great one!

I noticed that if i dont know what's coming up then i will get.thru the hardest workouts..but tell me i have to repeat the shit then i somehow will find a way to self sabotage myself lol.. Great workout! I'm stuck in my apartment in SF on shutdown and unable to do my usual sports (rock climbing and synchronized swimming) so my cousin recommended this. It's my very first online workout and it was great! Thanks for making me sweat. I'll definitely be doing more of this in the coming weeks and probably even after my regular sports resume. :)
Really loving this no repeat style all the way from Australia. The time went so quickly. Your workouts are the best. Only suggestion is maybe a little more talking during each exercise to explain where it should be felt so we don't have to keep focusing back on the screen to make sure we are doing the movement correctly. I loved it! I had a prolapse at 21 and am quite fit but I have to really take care of my neck - I love to do your workouts every day but I always have to change some exercises...so I would appreciate it if you did a "neck friendly" workout.

Love this! I did it without weights since I don't own any. I still felt the burn without them. In fact, I felt the burn in unique, targeted spots I usually don't feel, especially towards the end of the workout. Will definitely watch again!

For anyone who’s curious : this workout burned 142 kcal for me. I weigh a little bit less than 50 kg and am around 163 cm.

Great workout! I'm stuck in my apartment in SF on shutdown and unable to do my usual sports (rock climbing and synchronized swimming) so my cousin recommended this. It's my very first online workout and it was great! Thanks for making me sweat. I'll definitely be doing more of this in the coming weeks and probably even after my regular sports resume. :)

Really loving this no repeat style all the way from Australia. The time went so quickly. Your workouts are the best. Only suggestion is maybe a little more talking during each exercise to explain where it should be felt so we don't have to keep focusing back on the screen to make sure we are doing the movement correctly. Thanks for updating your workouts and keeping us sane/healthy!

I loved it! I had a prolapse at 21 and am quite fit but I have to really take care of my neck - I love to do your workouts every day but I always have to change some exercises...so I would appreciate it if you did a "neck friendly" workout.
I wish there were more no repeat workouts like this on YT. They are much more motivating.This was great! I love that you take the 15s break to show what the next move is.
Absolutely loved it, those no repeat workouts are better motivation, always telling myself: this is the last time you do this excersice so you better keep going

Love this! I did it without weights since I don't own any. I still felt the burn without them. In fact, I felt the burn in unique, targeted spots I usually don't feel, especially towards the end of the workout. Will definitely watch again!
I've missed my gym membership but your workouts have kept me going during social distancing! I love the variety and it definitely helps that 20 minutes go faster. Thanks!
