The roman colliseum is just two greek amphitheaters put together anyway. Oracles would be easy to implement. Just add them to some of the wayshrines to the divines. And how about a race track for chariot races? Oh imagine in 20 years or so when we remake Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim and TES VI in TES VII and all the stuff is expanded to what it should be according to the lore. Arenas everywhere in Cyrodiil, Nazeem owning a house is the cloud district, hundreds of people in places, The city of Sutch, being able to deny Delphine.

I've been watching this series while I fall asleep for some time now and I've been running low so its good to see a two and a half hour banger come out
This is so much more violent than actual Roman gladiator combat. Death matches were exceedingly rare, because killing your star athletes is just wasteful. Of course, the gladiators were mostly slaves, and often prostituted for extra coin so…yeah.
I remember enjoying this quest line, I played through the game twice. On my second playthrough I avoided getting Agronak the journal so I could face him in a real fight, I almost died a few times in the fight but definitely was a worthy battle against the grand champion.
While he deserves to know the truth, he also deserves a real fight. He tries to prove that a half-orc can be noble and honourable, but can't accept to do the same as half-vampire?

I think i would've rather played all the arenas in the different cities rather than the fighters guild. The fighters guild questline is a drag, and totally uninteresting except for like, the very last quest. This, but in every functioning city, wouldve been epic, and incredibly satisfying once you reached the end
Well yeah. The Grey Prince, if you do his questline before his fight is treated as killing a non-hostile combatant. Meanwhile, regular arena fights aren't murder because they're hostile and likewise trying to kill you.
Why do I have the feeling the Grey Prince's voice actor was thinking he was voicing some awkward Masochist arc while doing the lines for the depressed fight.

When I finally did the arena questline, and finally met the adoring fan, I decided to see just how annoying he was. I had seen so many people talk about how awful he was and all the different ways they've killed him or left him somewhere or even trapped him in the Deadlands. But when I saw how small he was with his Jimmy Neutron ass hair, and he said "golly" at me for allowing him to follow me, I came to a realization. This is a child. The adoring fan will always be a child in my mind now. Who the hell says golly unironically like that except a 1950s paperboy being rewarded a popsicle for a job well done? "Golly, mister! Thank you!" Edit: And he says "aww gee"?? And we call him kid to get this option? Yeah, this is definitely a child.

The mod was cheesy but added well to the story and loved that you didn't stick to the same weapon or fighting style. I used to interact with 1-2 Imperial City spectators each time I climbed in rank to make it seem like more people came to see the new combatant in action. Looking forward to a new Oblivion series!
Being honest when I learned the truth behind the Orc’s Past, since I was Heavy RPing a former Imperial Guard and that was pretty somber, it made things hit the Sad Card quite hard! Actually Oblivion is perhaps the only TES game thus far I used to Heavy RP In!

I alway love doing the gray prince quest line early on so when I finally fought him in the arena. I could use a bunch of weapons, hammers and magic on him to easily raise my characters skills with little effort.

Apparently she was directly modelled after an actual girl that came into the studio, and according to him the real girl had a body way more sexual than the one from the cover art. So they actually had to tone it down for the cover. He also laughed about how the IRL was something of a butterface lol
@cyanidenightshade Technically, he's done a few quests in the Shivering Isles, but not a full playthrough like he's done with the Dark Brotherhood, or the Theives Guild.

Anyone else notice how after learning his father is a vampire, Agronak's voice actor starts giving him a slight Transylvanian-Dracula lilt to pronunciations?
Great video on the saddest story in the entire game (in my books). I just wish we could have saved Agronak somehow, seeing he's more noble and poised than the rest of Cyrodiil's noble folk combined.
One thing always have a love/hate relationship with is learning about cut content in games I enjoy. Fills me with a sense of wonder, of what could have been. To know that the game is amazing but it could have been amazing+1. To know that no dev is working away tirelessly to finish off that content that they couldn't finish all those years ago. Imagine hopping onto steam and seeing oblivion has an update.
After watching your videos I've decided to play oblivion a bit and I've seen some wild jank already. Like the ahdarjis ring thieves guild quest, when you gotta talk to the queens attendant about the ring. I walked into the castle to her being chased down and executed by a guard for some unseen crime.
You know, the dumbest thing is when I get the big fan. The biggest fan character after doing the assassins quest in the house where you have to make sure no one witnesses. You commit crimes and you know what city I'm talking about. I put him in the house. That's more or less that house across from my house. I think it's an in Skingrad It also happens to be the house that I keep some of the books on decoration because it has more shells than the actual halls.You can buy you end up kicking somebody else out from

Great video on the saddest story in the entire game (in my books). I just wish we could have saved Agronak somehow, seeing he's more noble and poised than the rest of Cyrodiil's noble folk combined.

One thing always have a love/hate relationship with is learning about cut content in games I enjoy. Fills me with a sense of wonder, of what could have been. To know that the game is amazing but it could have been amazing+1. To know that no dev is working away tirelessly to finish off that content that they couldn't finish all those years ago. Imagine hopping onto steam and seeing oblivion has an update.

After watching your videos I've decided to play oblivion a bit and I've seen some wild jank already. Like the ahdarjis ring thieves guild quest, when you gotta talk to the queens attendant about the ring. I walked into the castle to her being chased down and executed by a guard for some unseen crime.
I had no idea she was non essential. Unlucky 🤣 Also, npcs oddly have a responsibility rating, if hers was accidentally low may casually steal!

You know, the dumbest thing is when I get the big fan. The biggest fan character after doing the assassins quest in the house where you have to make sure no one witnesses. You commit crimes and you know what city I'm talking about. I put him in the house. That's more or less that house across from my house.
