Agreed! I like his podcast but I miss these shows! From his monologues, these kinds of skits, and his interviews. And mostly no political content!! Just silly jokes! I like to watch late night to get away from peoples personal political views. Seth Meyers, Steven Colbert, and Jimmy Kimmel all have monologues that go on and on with political commentary. I get really tired of it. It's like if they don't fill the whole intro with political jokes they got nothin'.
If any of you don't know the comic genius of Jimmy Pardo, you have to listen to his albums and binge his material on UA-cam. Jimmy is a crowd work genius. The Never Not Funny podcast is his podcast and it is fantastic.
ok this is genius, i wouldnt mind if they went completely insane and for 15 minutes they would add new sidekicks to sidekick or to La Maba or to audience, creating intrugues and sort of sidekick fractals spreading to infinity
Used to watch Conen religiously every night ... My gf at the time in 2013ish surprised me with tickets to the show...(we live on east coast, they filmed on West coast). We made a vacation out of it. The little twerp who plated Andy Richter's sidekick opened the show for the studio audience with a "comedic" act. During his lame ass act, he asked if anyone was from NY, my gf raised her hand, he asked her name, she said "Devin", he misheard her and called her "Debbie" and she politely corrected him. In front of the studio audience, he said "I don't care what your name is, ill punch u in the mouth" In front of the gasping studio audience... it was a joke but a pretty bad one. My blood boiled. It ruined the experience for me.
He was doing it for the benefit of the rest of the audience, who probably enjoyed the obviously over-the-top reaction done for humor. Have you ever seen crowd work?
Andy Richter, what a total waste of Space, he rode Conan's coat tails for all those years, and the fact that Conan kind of survived after NBC, is a feat I can't figure out?
"It's so much better over here" gets me every time
of all the talk shows ever made, Conan will outlast them all with his timeless comedy. a true legend.
That angry stare Andys sidekick gave was HILARIOUS
only Conan would have a bit like this, my all time favorite late nite show. no doubt
Agreed!

This type of late night was blueprinted by Letterman
No doubt
Eric Andre did this but even weirder

Awesome seeing Pardo here, warmup comic for Conan for decades
Well, he started during Conan's Tonight Show stint, so not quite decades. Incredibly underrated comic, though.
1:15 bro got the dracula stare

Boring promo a-hole.

@@covrtdesign5279 eff off.
@@nedludd7622 Then don't start it with BS.
@@covrtdesign5279 You started the BS. Obviously you are now just trolling to get attention
4:03 that "ohhHHh" transcends comedy
God I wish they used Jimmy more. Pardo is a legend
STILL HERE
Hilarious! The Third sidekick should have been the side kick for the second side kick and reacted to the second side kick! LOL
The end kills me 😂 “Peek a boo!”
Funny stuff. I'd like to see Conan and Andy do some sort of 90 minute special. I'd just like to see them having fun again.
I never realised sidekicks were so tiny…
This was a well-crafted skit - Sidekick-ception
hey it's my hero, jimmy pardo
And if a sidekick has a kick who also has a sidekick who also has a sidekick.... it's a babooshka doll!
Next Level.

I only wish they would've added more and more sidekicks throughout
1:12 caught me off guard wtf
I see Tony the Cameraman's tumor has given him multiple personalities.
Why does Jimmy Pardo look so short??😂😂😂
Well he is haha, but I guess the theory is that in the wild sidekicks would keep getting smaller 😂
it's the perspective; he's standing further back
He does look small, though. But Conan is very tall and Andy is a pretty large specimen.
He's 5'3"
4:16
reggie looks like tiny the cameraman
I wish any of the late night Jimmy's were even slightly as funny as this.
I don't know if its just the camera angle, but that dude looks tiny!
Jimmy Pardo is one intense little man!
He's 5'3"
What the set designer going for a brass knuckle look?
i guess they had difficulty finding someone even smaller than Jimmy Pardo
Who's the short King in the middle?
Jimmy Pardo! Host of the Never Not Funny podcast.
Iced by Jimmy!
here before this gets a million views
Conan is the king of actually funny late night television. The rest try way too hard to be funny and it’s unfunny
Agreed. Conan is the most 'off the cuff' funny talk show host there is. His podcast show is awesome.
What did you think of Craig Ferguson? He was pretty funny too and quite original.
Today's late night talk show hosts are sad compared to Conan.
They should have ended this with the band getting a sidekick band.
Is Andy a giant?

PARDOOOOOOOOOOOO
Perspective makes him look tiny.

@@fuckdefucker Not a fan of Conan or Andy, best part of the show when I watched was Max Weinberg and his Band.
You sound like the "bitter" sidekick. bam!
