When it comes to the thread getting jammed in the machine while doing 3D embroidery is that from the needles because I use 75/11 needles but I saw another video on UA-cam where they suggested 80/12s

Hey so I just got a Melco Bravo embroidery machine. What's your setting for hats. I've been trying to work on some hats but my needle keeps breaking at the seam. I've watched tons and tons of videos and have done almost everything and nothing has help. Any advice.

Hey guys/gals I do a ton of hats with puff and I'm struggling with the stitches being way to loose and tons of foam shows through. I pay a company to do my puff embroidery. After I receive a dst file from them is there a way I can edit the density so it's a tighter stitch? I want my hats to look like the way a Titleist hat look when you purchase one from a golf store.

Two ?s the thread color placement is programmed by us? Or are color locations predesignated. also what was the Laps time/ pause time when adding the foam did you manually stop and start it or is there a time gap between threads switching?
The color is on a mount that is numbered. You program the number to a designated sewout. Yes you stop the machines to add the puff.

Not sure what you mean. Are they the best brand of hats? Or is puff the best kind of hat design? Both are pretty subjective.

I would love to see my Melco EMT16x work like that smood without telling me every 30 seconds that I have a Thread break even when there’s no thread break honestly I’m so disappointed almost 18k for nothing and they don’t accept return everybody watch out for that
