Practice with some designs you enjoy, but keep it simple till you get the hang of it, then ask a few friends for fun ideas that would make no sense and do them any way. You might stumble on a new idea or issue that will be random but helpful. I got sent a cat meme and asked about waffles, the picture was dark so I had to spend extra time redesigning the image to fit a quality that was printable and then the words to fit into my 4x4. was a fun challenge of sorts but after 5 hours on Hatch 3 I'm confident in almost any simple designs.
"...Chroma digitizing software comes with your embroider machine package..." That statement is some what disingenuous. You need to interpolate " based on your region of purchase" Good content as usual tho.
Of Course. Please go to your customer portal and take the pre-training classes. Once they are complete, you can then set up an online training session with one of our specialist.
I would like to know if its possible to do embroidery on a thick yarn with a large gauge and see the capabilities of the software and a real test result.

Hi! For fill stitches: -A common range for fill stitch density is around 5 to 12 stitches per inch (SPI). -For lighter fabrics or more intricate designs, you may want to use a higher density (e.g., 8 to 12 SPI). -For heavier fabrics or simpler designs, a lower density (e.g., 5 to 8 SPI) may suffice. For satin stitches: -Satin stitches, being a type of decorative stitch used for outlining or detailing, typically have a higher density than fill stitches. -A typical range for satin stitch density is around 7 to 15 stitches per inch (SPI). -Satin stitches with higher densities (e.g., 12 to 15 SPI) result in smoother and more solid lines, ideal for fine details or lettering. -Lower densities (e.g., 7 to 10 SPI) can be used for broader satin stitches but may appear less smooth and solid.

hello, I have a problem with the design program (chroma inspire) when I do auto digitizing in my program it outputs 2 colors and in my embroidery machine it reads 95 colors as a result it cuts the thread continuously my export becomes dst
I am having a hard time justifying the Luxe version of the software. I dont want to spend that much money and then have a hard time learning and having to spend money having people digitize for me.
@@ricomatv it's not so much the training. It's the cost of luxe. I don't know if I want to spend that much money to find that it's not as full featured as other programs. $1400 is a lot as a single payment.
I didn't get the Chroma digitizing software with my Ricoma and the customer service is not helpful at all with the Issue, it's been almost a year now this is really frustrating
What are some digitizing do's you recommend? Comment some below!
Spent the last 2 months researching embroidery and digitizing in particular and I think I’m ready to pull the trigger on a Ricoma machine.
We are so glad to hear this! Please let us know if you need any help :)
Do your research before making a decision you may regret.

I would like to know if its possible to do embroidery on a thick yarn with a large gauge and see the capabilities of the software and a real test result.
The largest needle you can use on our machines is a size 90. Thick Yarn will not work if it cannot pass through the eye of the needle.
Excellent, my friend! Thanks so much!
Thank you too!
Thanks again for the great tips!!
You are so welcome!

If luxe version had a monthly payment. That would be awesome. Instead of paying it all 1 time.
