This video has covered every other Tradescantia Nanouk video in 1/10th of the time. Absolutely brilliant, thank you so so much. I have had this plant since summer, nearly killed it from overwatering but managed to get a couple of cuttings before it rotted and died. Currently trying to get the cuttings up to health but will be very happy when this plant is back to normal. Take care friend!
Thanks! Yes, I try to be as brief but informative as possible and I often wonder what on earth others could be talking about in such long videos about just one plant! I am working on a follow up video on propagating Nanouk right now as its such a popular plant and I was able to acquire a plant that was suffering from water damaged leaves so its a great plant for a demo to show propagation and water damage. If you tend to overwater your Nanouk then plant them in a sandy compost, up to 50% sand. Tradescantias are fine in gritty, sandy soils. Good luck!
@plantwithmatt I always end up turning the longer videos off before getting to the point I needed 😂 a follow up propagation video would be really great, mine has nearly completely died now, there is one stalk left that is just about alive... Would you recommend to repot now with sand or wait until spring? Although, it might not make it to spring 🥲 Thanks
Danke für den Kommentar. Ja, diese Pflanze muss trocken angebaut oder in einen trockeneren Kompost wie 50 % Sand und 50 % Blumenerde eingetopft werden. Es wächst schnell und mit sehr wenig Wasser.
My best friend, that's a great video. I will always cheer for you in Korea I'm looking forward to a great video. Have a nice day.
