Hi!it is a wonderful video!I wanted to ask can use your exercise if u have scoliosis (2-3 level)?
Hi, I am not a fitness instructor or doctor but I have severe scoliosis. I have had two fusions so I understand all the limitations scoliosis can cause in working out. As long as there is no concerning or new pain during the workout it is safe, and working out is actually really good for scoliosis as it can strengthen the back. Another tip is if one set seems as if it will hurt your back, either skip it or come up with a safe moderation
the hardest part for me is that I can’t get my legs to go straight out like you do for a lot of the exercises, is there a reason or is it just that I need to build up strength?
