Forged internals, titanium valves and springs, ITBs with funnels, sequential gearbox with throttle cut, 150hp/L, 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, and about 13.5:1 compression.... I'd say, it is a rally engine ;)

You must be uneducated. Rally cars started out carbureted and naturally aspirated
