Only true petrol heads understand the money and time that's gone into this beautiful build. I wish my St 150 had this lump. Been thinking about buying a second lump to build to put in her. But I need the sell the misses before she sees the price tags just on the bottom end build.😂😂😂

I turbocharged the Duratec engine, it took some effort, but the external ecu made my job easier.
What if you used a 2.0l ecoboost long block but ran it N/A with a set of cams. I’d love to know

When I put down all exhaust this engine sounding very noise aggressive and I feeling more torque when I put pedal around 2 K rpm

Seeing how much fuel it was using at high rpm was crazy 😂 4 injectors just throwing fuel as fast as they can

Yes. Nothing wrong with that. Alot of race vehicles run electric water pumps. You can run the pump at different speeds for different rpms and reduces parasitic losses
How is this engine compared to K series Honda? Or 4G63 ?

Baujahr ??? Mondeo 1994??? same Motor oder welcher ist das im original...
Vermute neuer, wird ja auch in diversen Kitcars und Kleinserien verwendet (zB im BAC Mono). Und auch in Formel Serien.
So heftig aufgebaut wie hier und so hoch drehend, schätze ich der Motor ist für Bergrennen gedacht.
Which timing chain cover is that?
My design, we milled it in house at KMS.i also did the valve cover out of billet aluminium. Both made out of 6082 aluminium.

I dont know.much about engines but I do trust my ears. My ears tell me this engine is equivallent to Ferrari. The ferrarri modial was.a four banger. Im not saying the ford engine was better only that the notes produced sound verymuch like formula one. I believe in general fords german engine may be superior to usa made ford engines. I guess the hot new fad is to install Yamaha motorcycle carburetors r1 model on the 2.0 duratec engine. From what little ive seen this cbination adds a certain zest to old mgbs. But the suspension has to be beefed up and the differential must be in top shape.. Im guessing a xke rear end would take the 200+ horses o.k. but im not an automotive engineer, im just a hack!
