I’ve been seeing results guys. The line down the middle has deepened and my side lines are coming out where they didn’t exist much before. I do this every other day for the last month (in addition to Madfit’s 20 min at home booty workout with no equipment) and I make sure to eat 80/20 clean with 30/40 grams of protein at each meal. You guys got this! This is going to be just a starting place for me before I really get my ass up and going to the gym to hit bigger goals. Keeping it simple has helped me stay consistent since I was so inactive before. Hope this helps someone.

This is probably the best core workout that I have done, I'm able to activate my core easily. I used to follow other core/abs exercises but those hurt my back and i dont feel it in my abs. I'm gonna do this on alt days + cardio!

I love you you’re great and when I was in high school and right up until 37 when I was injured. This was nothing. Now I am watching so that I can psyche myself up to do it. I like it cuz it’s a whole body workout.

First time doing this , my plan was to run through it twice and then soon do three set . Lord i am sweating ahaha but i liked that these arent the same old crunches and sit up and i liked i wasnt struggling to do the movements , just the reps lol

Do it at your own pace, before you know it you'll be able to keep up and you won't even realize it. Keep pushing forward.

😅! This workout is an intense 8 minutes! The pike was the hardest and I felt like I was gonna puke. But, I didn’t! I pulled through and finished. Great short workout. I appreciated the countdowns and encouragement! Will be practicing 3X a week now! 😅

I'm 47 into premenopause . My problem is of watery hanging belly. Its plumpy and despite doing so many exercises that hanging part is not going. Do i need to go for abdominoplasty. Please help.
This workout kicked my butt! Awesome! I’m wondering, are the deep pelvic floor movements also always diastasis recti safe? I’m torn with which workouts to stay consistent with. I combine HIIT yoga, diastasis recti safe exercises, and now adding these pelvic floor exercises.

I have spondylolisthesis and to prevent surgery i have to do these exercises. But not the last cobra stretch 😅

Any advice for this? I find with the glute bridge that it’s hard to breathe because I’m tensing the muscles I also use to breathe, and holding my stomach in the air makes it harder to both tense and breathe
Loved the workout, but my right hip is snapping in some of the movements. I hope with doing this workout more that snapping will leave😂
