You should explain breathing patterns when exercising. I don't know when to release my breath or inhale.
If it's helpful, you always want to exhale on the contraction of the muscle. So for instance, when you push up into the bridge pose, that would be the exhale. Or when you draw the legs in toward the body, that would be an exhale, and then you would inhale as you release and lower. Hope that helps!

Bullshit! To melt belly fat you have to do a super aggressive calorie deficit and a lot of cardio + synephrine/metformine/berberine/raspberry keto/glutamine if you have no money to pay abdominoplasty after 2 c-sections. The doctors said me this. I have insulin-resistance + I had 4 pregnancies + 2 c-sections. I am 39. These exercises are very good to strengthen the core muscles, which is good for posture and can help the diastasis recti I had. I am saving money to do the lipofilling in Serbia when my daughter is older. I have stuck metabolism due to insulin-resistance. I lost 13 kgs but still stubborn love handles and lower belly fat not leaving. I count every single calorie I ingest, I have to take medications and supplements. Some of these can be very dangerous.
