What a great interview - deep, genuine, and definitely a glimpse into who Scott was in the early 1990s before his public image was pretty much painted over with an obsession with his drug demons, although it was always clear as Robert DeLeo said in another interview he was always searching inside, and never felt content with himself.

No. In his book, Scott mentions snorting H with his first wife, Janinna, and how chill it was. It wasn’t yet a big deal, nor was it seriously, negatively affecting his life (at this point).
